Shawn + Anne : we’ve never photographed a wedding in Indy before but we’ve gotten to know Shawn’s family quite well from his sister Sheri’s wedding earlier. It was so great to see everyone again.
Shawn and Anne had a unusual twist to their wedding ceremony: they walked each other UP the aisle. The party at the Indy Marriott was fabulous, of course.
Thank you for getting us out of Dallas once in a while!

Yeah yeah we’re a little behind in posting some recent weddings but here we go!
Allison + Joel : so natural….
01 march 2008: nicolina + michael wedding (dallas, tx)
I knew right away that Nicolina and Michael’s wedding was going to be amazing and boy was I right!
The whole day was filled with laughter and love. And a little side trip to a movie theatre for some portraits.
I absolutely love the light pouring through the street around Nicolina.
We went downtown to the Ft.Worth courthouse for these cool portraits.
I’m so happy we got away with this portrait. The three of us basically sweet talked our way into the movie theater.
The power of the white dress is a remarkable thing!
I had to share these details. The red cards above contained the placecards for dinner. In the envelopes were little
record cover replicas to match the little record cover replicas on the tables. Like the one of The Clash’s “London Calling”
seen below.
Which is my FAVOURITE. ALBUM. OF. ALL. TIME! 
Such a great personal touch!! I love when the personalities of the bride and groom are shown in all the little details.
